Billwerx was designed as a lightweight CRM with integrated invoicing / billing functions. As time grows the basic function of Billwerx is to keep track of suppliers, clients, and invoices while providing a management with the tools like profit to cost summaries, campaign leads, employee performace history, and integrated client survey reporting. In a nutshell, Billwerx allows clients to login to a online self management portal and download, print, and pay invoices created by employees.

create campaigns / leads (marketing).
create a client and associate with a campaign / lead.
create, delete, and edit notes within a client's profile.
create, delete, and edit files associated with a client's profile.
create and delete credit cards assocaited with a clients profile.
create expenses and associate with a supplier.
create items with automated cost / profit sale values.
create items and add items to the invoice.
create a payment and apply it to an invoice.
e-mail invoice as a PDF attachment using a standard template.
